What's included in the clearing Service?
You will definitely determine exactly what to be done during the cleaning process. In order for the service to be fulfilled as desired, you can specify the jobs you request or leave a note to the staff. The personnel will be available at your address over the period of service you have purchased and will leave your address when the service period expires.
What are not included in cleaning?

Can I choose cleaners nationality?
Yes, you can choose. We have Bangladeshi, Ugandan, Filipinos or Indonesian service providers.
What is going to happen if the period I choose falls short?
The personnel work in their normal working performance and perform your transactions in order of priority you determined during the working period. If the period is not sufficient, you can increase the period or the number of staff in your next service order.
Are you providing the cleaning materials?
No cleaning equipment and materials are provided in our daily cleaning service.
Can I continue with the same personnel?
All you have to do is to let us know if you are satisfied with the cleaning staff and want to continue cleaning with her the next time.
Is meal included in the price?
No meal is demanded for our staff in half-day house cleaning services, but meal is demanded for full-day cleaning service.
What happens if I am not pleased with the cleaner?
The contendedness of our users and cleaners is so valuable for us. If you are not pleased with the cleaning staff for any reason, we assign you a different staff the next time.
If there is any displeasing situation during the service or if you want to give feedback, you can give us information by calling us before the service is completed. We assure you that we will change the flow of your service by notifying the staff providing the respective service.
Do I need to be present at home during the cleaning?
You don't have to be at home. You can decide together with the cleaner according to your preference and the convenience of the cleaning staff.
What happens if the cleaner is late for the sevice?
The cleaning staff do their best to make it by the service start time you have specified. However, in certain cases there may be delays due to reasons unavoidable by the personnel. In case of any delay, the delay time will be added to the end of the service and the net service minutes you will receive will definitely not change.
When can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your cleaning appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. For cancellations before 12 to 24 hours, a visit fee will be charged.
What happens when I choose one of the weekly, biweekly or monhly frequencies?
Your order is regularly renewed according to the frequency type you choose.
What should I do to change the cleaning day?
You can update your order date by contacting our customer service up to 24 hours before the service date.
How do I make the payment?
Your payment is received after the cleaning is completed. We only receive a pre-provision before cleaning to ensure the reservation. In pre-provision, your payment is kept in a block and it is charged after the transaction is fully completed.

Can I make payment in cash?
We only offer online payment to help you make payments more easily and securely.
Can I pay by a debit card?
Of course, you can make your payment by your debit card as well
